Mini Whinny Therapy Horses is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that brings miniature horses to visit residents of assisted living centers, nursing homes, and similar facilities in the Highlands and Hardee County, Florida area. This Site is provided for general informational purposes and to let you contact us and make donations.
Using this site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

Donations
Donations made through our Site are voluntary and are processed securely by Stripe. As a 501(c)(3) organization, gifts may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please keep your receipt and consult your tax advisor. Because donations support our ongoing work, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
About our visits
Our miniature horse visits are offered for comfort, companionship, and enjoyment. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care, and we make no medical or therapeutic guarantees. Visits are arranged directly with each facility and may be subject to separate scheduling, safety, and release forms. Horses are living animals, and facilities and participants should follow any guidance we provide so that every visit is safe and happy.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we try to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Whinny Therapy Horses will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
