A family who loves these little horses
We are a family of miniature horse lovers! We love to share the joy of these little horses by bringing our smallest mini, Desi, into assisted living facilities in the Highlands and Hardee County, Florida area.
Services
What we do
We bring our miniature horse inside of assisted living centers, nursing homes, and similar facilities to interact with the residents. We are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization and do not charge a fee for our services.
We greatly appreciate any donations and use them directly to pay for our equine liability insurance and the care of our therapy horses so that we can continue to make visits.

A simple, gentle visit
When we come to your facility, we bring a miniature horse to visit your residents. We typically have residents all seated in one room and bring the horse to them to interact with one-on-one.
Residents can pet, talk to, and brush the horse if desired. Visits usually last 30 minutes up to an hour.
